The Role - Senior Engineering Manager

As Senior Engineering Manager for Manufacturing and Electronics, you will lead the Manufacturing Engineering function across NPI, automation, facilities and high-volume production, driving industrialisation, process improvement and engineering capability.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Engineering Manager

• Lead NPI from design through to full production.
• Drive DFM/DFT, PFMEA, process validation and process development.
• Develop and implement manufacturing automation strategies.
• Lead facilities, infrastructure and capacity projects.
• Provide technical leadership for production issues and continuous improvement.
• Manage CapEx, equipment procurement and ROI.
• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Maintenance.

Essential Experience - Senior Engineering Manager

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 7–10+ years' high-volume manufacturing experience, ideally electronics.
• 3–5+ years' engineering leadership experience.
• Strong background in NPI, automation and manufacturing line development.
• Experience managing capital projects and solving complex production issues.
